Hiring Manager and Service Team Positions!

Our rapidly growing food truck fleet is seeking new faces to join our dynamic team. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering our delicious creations to our guests. If you have experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, sales or retail and possess a friendly, generally positive outlook on the world, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, taking orders and processing payments accurately.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards., while ensuring company presentation and quality standards are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized food truck stations, including the food truck galley, prep area, service area and exterior.

• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and notify management of any shortages or equipment malfunctions.

• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.

• Occasionally assist in promotional activities, such as food truck events, social media engagement, and community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, sales or adjacent industries is highly preferred, but not required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and conduct yourself in a professional manner.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 35 pounds.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for food truck operation).
